Bloom Beauty Bar Va founder and owner, Leiah, has been dedicated to the craft of hair since 2007.
Her devotion and true passion for creating beautiful hair while providing a space of comfort paved the way to Leiah opening the doors of the original Bloom Beauty Bar in 2018.
Filled with just two chairs, Leiah ran her salon suite alone to start, then soon after she expanded into a four chair suite.
